The Health Trust, Campbell, CA
The Health Trust is a public benefit corporation committed to improving the health and quality of life for people in need throughout Santa Clara County specifically children, frail elderly, and vulnerable adults. The Health Trust works in partnership with other organizations in the community to provide health care and health education to at-risk, underserved youth in our community. The Health Trust makes grants, provides services and raises funds to solve community health issues. The children participating in this year's holiday campaign receive support from Health Trust programs including Health Connections: AIDS Case Management, Family Health Insurance, Community Health Promotion, and School Based Health Clinics of Santa Clara County.


Parkway Child Development Center, Santa Clara, CA
Parkway Child Development Programs provide child care, educational and support services to over 600 low-income families. The ages of the children range from 18 months to 5 years. The Program serves a diverse clientele, including 60% Hispanic, 13% Caucasian, 10% African American, 8% Asian and 9% from other ethnic backgrounds. Most children receive full day services while their parents work, attend school, or participate in training programs.


The Glide Foundation, San Francisco, CA
The Glide Foundation's mission is to break the cycles of multigenerational dependency, poverty, and low self-worth by providing a spiritual home of unconditional love. Glide strives to create a healthy community by offering effective services that foster holistic healing in an environment of cultural integrity and diversity. Within our three buildings we offer over 80 programs and services ranging from the largest free meals program in San Francisco to a free health clinic, training and employment services, recovery program, housing and our Family, Youth and Childcare Center that serves hundreds of children and families each year.


Harvest Fellowship Church, Oakland, CA
Harvest Fellowship Church was founded on March 12, 1998 under the leadership of Pastor Chris Williams in Oakland, California. Harvest Fellowship exists to offer a life-changing ministry to Oakland and adjacent cities. One of the key tenets of the church is outreach in the community. For the current project, Harvest Fellowship partnered with numerous local community organizations and schools, including Emerson Elementary, Santa Fe Elementary, Carter Middle School. The Mandela Family Center, and The Henry T. Robinson House.


East San Jose Kiwanis Club, East San Jose, CA
The Kiwanis Club of East San Jose, California was chartered in February, 1954, as a non profit service club, serving the community of what was then East San Jose, and now the east side of the City of San Jose. We are a local arm of Kiwanis International, a worldwide service organization that originated in Detroit, Michigan in 1915, and is now headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. The purpose the East San Jose Kiwanis Club (ESJK) has been to perform service at the local community level, as a club, and to our national and worldwide communities via our divisional, statewide district, and international affiliation. Our main mission has been to provide services to the youth of our community. A motto of Kiwanis International has been Young Children, Priority One.


Fundahmer CEBES, Libertad, El Salvador
Fundahmer CEBES was founded to raise the standard of living for the people in the poor areas of rural El Salvador. By coordinating partnerships between sponsoring organizations in the United States and more than 50 rural communities in El Salvador, Fundahmer CEBES provides services and programs in areas such as educational programs and scholarships, sustainable agriculture, and community development to more than 1000 people, at least 500 of whom are children. Fundahmer CEBES also sponsors programs in these communities that promote solidarity with the United States and the American people.


Sherwood Forest Elementary, Federal Way, WA
Sherwood Forest Elementary, built in 1991, is located in the southwest corner of Federal Way near the Tacoma/Pierce County border. This school community is committed to the academic excellence of all students through cooperation of administrators, parents, and. The school serves a diverse student population and offers a number of academic options, including an ESL program. In partnership with MyTwoFrontTeeth.org, Sherwood Forest reached out to its neediest ESL students, many of whose families are living below the poverty line.


Young Minds Day Care Center, Brooklyn, NY
Young Minds Day Care Center provides child care and educational services to vulnerable low-income children.  MyTwoFrontTeeth.org is working with Young Minds’ youngest students, who range in age from 3 to 5 years old. These children receive full day services while their parents work or attend school; other students at the center participate in Headstart or after-school program.
